About Scott

An ordained Assemblies of God minister with over 20 years of worship pastor experience, Scott Flaten founded Flaten Ministries to help people experience the presence of God. Holding a Master’s in Missional Leadership (MAML) and credentialing as a Certified Christian Life Coach, he serves churches, pastors, and leaders through guest worship leading, preaching, and strategic coaching. Scott combines decades of local church ministry with practical coaching tools to help leaders clarify their vision, navigate challenges, and build healthy, spirit-led culture.

About Alyssa

Alyssa Flaten is a credentialed Assemblies of God pastor, evangelist, and leader of Behold Him, a specialized initiative under Flaten Ministries dedicated to personal restoration and heart healing. Holding credentials in Biblical Counseling and Professional Mental Health Coaching—alongside extensive background as an instructor for Elijah House's School of Heart Healing—she serves through speaking, 1-on-1 heart counseling, and wholeness training. Alyssa’s passion is helping people move beyond "head knowledge" into deep encounters with Jesus that break negative cycles and restore emotional freedom.
